Patronage conversion pathway: see below ↓
Patronage Conversion Pathway
Co-working → Cooperative Member
A Co-working Member (Class Two) who reaches a board-established patronage threshold may be invited to apply for Cooperative Member (Class One) status. Upon Board acceptance, the member executes the Membership Agreement, pays the $100 one-time share, and transitions fully to the patron track. Patronage credits earned as a Co-working Member inform the invitation — the threshold and credit methodology are set by board resolution and specified in Schedule A.
Class Two — Co-working Member → patronage threshold met → Board invitation → MA executed + $100 share → Class One — Cooperative Member
